DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke held their first scrimmage at full speed this past weekend allowing the young Blue Devils to begin getting acclimated to the college football ranks.

Starting Quarterback Daniel Jones was impressed with his teammates, especially freshman wide receiver Jake Bobo. He says it's exciting to see these players have an impact and do it at a game speed instead of just jogging back to the huddle in practice.

Jones then went on to say, "You know we're really moving the ball down the field and we're trying to score points and when they make that play, it changes the game. I think that's the biggest thing. It's not just making that play and then back to the line of scrimmage and run the next one. It's a real game and those plays are that much more significant and it's that much more fun to watch."
