Thickening clouds overnight could bring a shower or two across the Sandhills and east of I-95. Any shower activity will move off the east by daybreak Monday but mostly cloudy skies will remain. By afternoon we’ll see some sunshine and thanks to southwesterly winds, highs will push into the low to mid 60s.

A weak cold front will slide across the region on Tuesday uneventfully, cooler temperatures will arrive for Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day. Then, another stronger cold front passes by early Friday, and that will set up even colder weather for the upcoming weekend. Nonetheless, dry weather is anticipated for the region over the next week or so.
