JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. -- The man accused in a quadruple shooting that killed three people in Johnston County could now face death by lethal injection.

  • 40-year-old Armando Martinez is charged with three counts of first degree murder

Armando Martinez, 40, is charged with three counts of first degree murder, among other things.

Now, he is being held at the Johnston County jail without bond.

Three people were pronounced dead on the scene. They were Pamela Ramon, Ledis Lopez, and Jessicah Agular.

The fourth victim, Jose Arguilar, was transported to Wake Med., where he was last heard to be in serious condition.

According to 911 calls, Martinez's wife called police. She said her daughters, her son-in-law and her daughter's boyfriend were the victims in this shooting.
