WAKE FOREST, NORTH CAROLINA – A man who was previously charged with trespassing at an elementary school now has new charges involving possession of child pornography.

  • Several devices had child porn on them at Arthur Kochetkov's home
  • There was no evidence that any student from Jones Dairy Elementary School was on the devices
  • Kochetkov's new charges include five counts of second degree exploitation and he can have no contact with anyone under the age of 18

Wake Forest Police executed a search warrant at 33-year-old Arthur Kochetkov's home and found several devices with child pornography on them.

There was no evidence that any student from Jones Dairy Elementary School was on the devices but the images were downloaded from the internet.

Kochetkov remains in Wake County Detention Center on charges including communicating threats for statements made on Facebook, five counts of second degree sexual exploitation and is ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away from any school and have no contact with anyone under the age of 18.

His bond is set at $500,000 and his next court appearance is Tuesday.
