WARREN COUNTY, N.C. -- A Henderson mother and her 9 year old continue to recover after a suspected drunk driver hit them head on over the weekend.

"I really believe that the Lord had his hand on my son and myself," said mother April Abbott. "We feel like we've been chosen to live to share that message to not drink and drive."
