ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. – The building that houses a newspaper in Robeson County took on heavy damage from Florence.

We’re being told that the Robesonian’s building is flooded and employees had to evacuate.

This is the second time that building has been damaged in the past two years; the last time, it was severly damaged during Hurricane Matthew.

We spoke with editor, Donnie Douglas who says his reporters are working out of their homes and one has been out in the storm getting interviews.

Douglas says flooding in the area has been this bad since 1945.
