LAS VEGAS -- An arrest has been made in a Fayetteville homicide investigation.

• Michael Moore Sr. was arrested in Las Vegas Tuesday.
• He's charged with killing Marcquius Timmons-Moore.
• Timmons-Moore was found dead Aug. 22.

Michael Moore Sr., 44, was arrested in Las Vegas for killing Marcquius Timmons-Moore.

Timmons-Moore was found dead in a Fayetteville home on Aug. 22.

Since then, officers issued a warrant for Moore's arrest on first degree murder.

Moore is currently being held in Nevada pending his extradition to North Carolina.
