WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wednesday will be the first chance to snag tickets to this year's Dixie Classic Fair at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds.

The fair will feature fun for all ages with food, rides, creative competitions and nightly fireworks.

The Dixie Classic is North Carolina’s second largest agricultural fair.

The festivities are set to kick off on Sept. 28 and wrap up Oct. 7.
