ORLANDO, Fla. -- We closed the weekend with scattered storms across parts of the area, but expect quiet conditions for the remainder of the overnight.

Partly cloudy skies will continue, with morning lows in the low to mid 70s.

The warmth continues into Monday as temperatures climb into the low 90s with feel-like temperatures in the upper 90s. The rain chances continue allowing a few scattered storms to develop into the afternoon along I-4.

Coverage of the rain will increase Tuesday as rain chances ramp back up at 50 percent, so don't forget to have your umbrella nearby. The highs for Tuesday will remain warm in the low 90s.

The highs for Wednesday will drop slightly closer to seasonable average; however, the feels-like temperatures could make it feel warmer. The pattern for scattered showers continues into Wednesday.

The rain chances will drop slightly back again on Thursday as drier air sneaks into our atmosphere allowing temperatures to creep closer to the mid-90s by the weekend.

Friday will be a copy and paste of Thursday as highs remain in the low 90s. Rain coverage will continue with hit or miss storms.

With lower rain chances, the highs will creep closer to the mid-90s for the weekend, so make sure you stay hydrated.

In the Tropics

Subtropical Storm Beryl has become post-tropical in the North Atlantic, as it moves slowly northeastward.

The final advisory had winds of 40 mph. Beryl is expected to continue to weaken and will likely dissipate by Monday or Tuesday as it nears the Canadian Maritimes.

The system has stayed well away from the U.S. coast, but high surf and rip currents will be an issue across New England.

Beryl was the first hurricane of the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season. It was downgraded as it neared the Lesser Antilles, but regained sub-tropical storm status on Saturday.
