DURHAM, N.C. – A pedestrian is dead after a fatal hit-and-run in Durham early Monday.
- Unidentified man hit by car early Monday.
- Police have not released a description of the vehicle involved.
- Man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say it happened about 2:40 a.m. on North Duke Street at Horton Road.
Officers say a man was crossing the street when he was struck by a vehicle which left the scene.
Neither the victim’s name nor a description of the vehicle has been released.
