CHARLOTTE -- The Carolina Panthers will be looking for a new starting left guard for the coming season, and the competition will be a good one.  Andrew Norwell's departure in free agency to Jacksonville means someone new will be manning that position.

"I know we have a lot of good guys, " says starting right guard Trai Turner. "It's gonna be tough on those coaches to make a decision, but we'll see when the pads get on, ultimately.   Everybody looks good right now, so when the pads get on, I think some people will separate themselves a little bit.  It'll be interesting to see."

Head Coach Ron Rivera indicates that, as of now, Amini Silatolu is atop the list of players that will have a shot to win the job in training camp, come late July.
