BUNNLEVEL, N.C. -- Deputies in Harnett County are searching for a man after an attempted robbery turned into a shooting in Bunnlevel Thursday night.
- Authorities are searching for Ryan Shamel Elliott
- Elliott is accused of shooting a woman during an attempted robbery late Thursday.
- Victim sustained non-life threatening injuries, and has been released from the hospital.
Authorities say Ryan Shamel Elliott was attempting to rob a woman on Shetland Lane around midnight.
The woman was shot during the attempted robbery and was transported to Betsy Johnson Hospital where she was treated and released.
