DURHAM, N.C. – A woman suspected in a deadly crash that killed a pedestrian earlier this month in Durham turned herself in to police Tuesday.

Twenty-eight-year-old Chelsea Raposa, of Zebulon, is charged with felony hit-and-run in the crash that killed 31-year-old Cesar Pacheco.

Authorities say Pacheco was found in the middle of the Durham Freeway near Alston Avenue and died at the scene on April 13.

Raposa is being held on a $20,000 bond.

Police are looking to identify a second car they say was also involved in the crash.
