The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for early Friday morning. A big drop in temperatures is forecast starting Thursday evening.

Before the chilly weather arrives, Thursday will be mild with mostly sunny and breezy conditions. Highs should top out in the mid 70s by early afternoon.

Lows in the mid 30s are forecast by sunrise Friday. Even though most of the area will not quite make it to freezing, patchy frost could still form starting around 4 a.m. Friday. 

If you have any sensitive plants outside, you may want to bring them inside Thursday night or cover them. Any frost will be be gone by 9 a.m.

Friday will be a mostly sunny day with highs in the 60s. Sunny and dry weather will continue through the weekend with lows in the upper 30s and low 40s and highs in the 60s.
