RALEIGH, N.C. -- Newly-released 911 calls are revealing new clues in a robbery-turned-triple shooting that left a little boy shot.

Officers arrived to the 4200 block of Britons Cottage Street early Saturday morning over reports of shots fired.

“There were six gunshots and someone outside yelling for help,” said a neighbor to a 911 dispatcher. That neighbor also says she thought she saw a child ring her doorbell.

“He looked smaller like a child. And then we saw the guy run off. We started hearing one shot and then three seconds later, five more shots went off.”

Police then found Deandre Carney, 19, dead. They also found an 11 year old unidentified boy and Willie Richardson, 23, shot. Richardson is now charged in the robbery but not in the shootings.

“It's a sad situation. As a neighborhood, we're just kind of confused. We don't know any of the details of what happened,” says another neighbor Daniel Franco.

Police haven't given any other details or explained the connections among the victims. They also said the two men didn't own the home.

“It's an excellent neighborhood. Family neighborhood. Very quiet just shocking,” says Franco.
