DURHAM -- Authorities say a fire started in a junkyard in downtown Durham around 10:45 Thursday morning.

The fire is said to be at Fortress Metals on 217 S Holman Street.

Officials say no one is injured and no structures are damaged, but a few cars and piles of junk caught flame.
