NORTH CAROLINA -- Two North Carolina cities rank in the top 'Fattest Cities in America' list.

The study was done by WalletHub in order to "call attention to the communities where weight-related problems are most prevalent."

Winston-Salem comes in at No. 18 and Greensboro (including the metro area with High Point) at No. 20.

The Myrtle Beach/Conway area, which includes part of NC, came in at No. 29. Asheville ranks at No. 38, the Charlotte metro area at No. 40, Durham/Chapel Hill at No. 45, Raleigh at No. 54 and the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area that includes a part of NC at No. 75.

To come up with the list WalletHub compared 100 of the most populated U.S. metro areas across the categories of Obesity & Overweight, Health Consequences and Food & Fitness.
