FAYETTEVILLE -- A Fayetteville man has been charged with selling stolen military property.

Authorities say 40-year-old Scott Douglas Browning conspired with several people to steal government and military equipment, then sold them on eBay and shipped them to The Netherlands.

They also say he sold over $1.5 million of stolen military property in the U.S.

He is also being held on drug charges for possession of oxycodone and testosterone.
