GREENSBORO, N.C. -- It's the largest RV and camping show across the state and it's being held in Greensboro this weekend.

"We have 10 dealers represented with over 165 brands at this event," said Jeff Haughton, the show manager.

With everything from $8,000 pop-ups all the way through $500,000 motor homes.

Offering styles for outdoor enthusiasts to more luxurious models for those interested in having the comforts of home with them wherever they go.

“Most of the RVs now have USB ports for charging, extra plug-ins, TVs and backup cameras," said Haughton.

Dave Solberg, from the RV Repair Club, said even if you're not ready to buy you should still check out the show because there are a number of seminars throughout the weekend.

"The main one is the RV buyers seminar; it's a seminar that helps choose the right floor plans, talks about the different models and it's geared to just about anybody," said Solberg.

Haughton says 2017 was a record year for RV sales nationwide and the projections for this year look promising.

"They're predicting about a 17-percent increase," he said.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Tickets are $10 but kids 12 and under are free.

The show heads to Charlotte January19 -21, then Raleigh in February.
