Our weather should not pose any problems for travelers across the Carolinas through this extended Thanksgiving weekend!

Low pressure off the North Carolina will keep rain showers offshore Friday. Plenty of sunshine is expected through the day with highs ranging from the mid 50s to low 60s over most of the state.

Saturday should be somewhat warmer. After morning lows in the 30s, afternoon temperatures will top out in the mid 60s.

A cold front will sweep across the state Saturday night, but no rain is expected with that front. Sunday will be mostly sunny with highs again in the 50s and 60s across the Carolinas.

Our next chance for rain looks to come next Friday.
