A strong cold front will move through the Triad tonight bringing rain and wind to the region.

Temperatures will dip into the 40s later with only 40s to near 50 for highs Sunday afternoon.

Very cold air moves in for Monday morning, but temps will moderate some by Tuesday into Wednesday for the big Holiday travel day.

Thanksgiving could see stormy weather, but for now the forecast is dry. It all depends on if a coastal storm moves through the southeast or not, and how slow or fast it could be.
