DURHAM -- Police need help finding a suspect.

Twenty-nine-year-old Judah Immanuel James is wanted on more than a dozen charges including felony stalking and violating domestic violence protective orders.

Officers say James is known to frequent the areas of Nightfall Court and Eastway Avenue.
