RALEIGH-- Have you ever wanted to be a superhero or enjoy the rush of scaling down a tall building?  Well now's your chance to do just that, all while supporting a really great cause in our community. Rachel McQuiston of the Special Olympics North Carolina sat down with Spectrum News anchor Caroline Blair for a look at “Over the Edge.”

For the ninth year, Over the Edge NC is raising money for Special Olympics North Carolina as participants raise $1000 and in exchange, get the chance to propel safely down one of Raleigh’s tallest buildings.  Helped by professionals, fundraisers get to glide down the side of the Wells Fargo Capitol Center building on Sept. 29.

And the money each person or team raises goes back to help the tens of thousands of Special Olympics athletes and their programs in the Tar Heel State.
