RALEIGH — A new study shows more people seem to be living, working and playing in downtown Raleigh. The downtown Raleigh Economic Development Report is produced quarterly by The Downtown Raleigh Alliance in partnership with the city of Raleigh.

In the highlights section, the report showed, "Downtown’s fourth quarter saw new street-level businesses open and more major construction projects begin and continue, along with strong growth in food and beverage sales."

Our Caroline Blair sat down with one of the lead researchers for a look at the numbers and how they’re being used to shape the future of Downtown Raleigh.
