CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The 2018 Fan Fest hosted by the Carolina Panthers is being held Friday at Bank of America Stadium.

Schedule of Events:

• 6:00 p.m. - Gates Open
• 6:26 p.m. - PurrCussion performance
• 6:30 p.m. - TopCats performance
• 6:33 p.m. - Sir Purr with the Black & Blue Crew
• 6:45 p.m. - Players begin to take the field
• 7:00 p.m. - Practice begins
  
• ~9:15 p.m. - Fireworks and laser show

Practice was set to begin at 7 p.m and a fireworks and a laser show to take place around 9:15 p.m.

This has been a big year of changes for the team with new owner David Tepper taking control of the Panthers. But while things are changing behind the scenes, you would never know any different. Fans are just ready for the upcoming season and another chance at the playoffs.

Transportation Info & Map:

Effective Friday, August 3, 2018 - 4 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Routes: 2, 5, 22, 26

On Friday, August 3rd, Mint St. between Morehead St. & MLK, Jr. Blvd. will be closed for the Panther Fan Fest.

The above routes will be effected and will follow the detours below for the duration of the closure.

Rt. 2 (Outbound from CTC)
Buses will use the regular route to 4th & Church St., continue straight on 4th St. to Grandin Rd, , take Grandin to Morehead and resume the regular route.

Rt. 2 (Inbound to CTC)
Buses will use the regular route to Morehead & Freedom, take Freedom to I-277, exit at Caldwell, take South Blvd to 4th St. and continue straight to the regular route.

Rt. 5 (Sprinter) Outbound from CTC/Bay V
Buses will make a right on 4th St., to Grandin Rd, a left on Grandin, make a right on Morehead St & resume the regular route.

Rt. 5 (Sprinter) Inbound to CTC
Buses will use the regular route to Morehead Street & Freedom Dr, a a right on Freedom., exit at Caldwell, take South Blvd/Caldwell, make a left
on Trade St. a left on Brevard St. to Bay V.

Rts. 22, 26 (Inbound to CTC)
Buses will use the regular route to Graham St. & 6th Streets, take 6th to 5th Street, make a right on Pine, a left on Trade and resume the regular route.
