YADKIN COUNTY, N.C.  -- A man shoveling snow has died in Yadkin County.

The county's emergency services director says the man was driving a tractor trailer on I-77 Sunday when it got stuck near the Jonesville exit around the middle of the day.

EMS says man got out to shovel snow, and suffered a "cardiac related event" and died at a hospital.

Governor Roy Cooper says there have been two other confirmed, storm-related deaths in North Carolina.
