A cold, wet, and windy Thursday.

A flood watch is in effect until 7pm, with flooding rain being the main concern from this storm system. It has been a rainy November and an additional 1-2" today, flooding will be an issue.

It will also be a windy day with sustained wind 10-20 mph and occasional gust 35 mph or higher. Rain begins to moves out later this afternoon, but it will still be breezy. Sunshine returns Friday into the weekend. Highs on Friday in the low to mid 50s, but a seasonably cool day on Saturday with highs in the mid to upper 50s. Thankfully drier weather looks to linger into next week.
