ARCHDALE, N.C. -- The Randolph County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in connection to a fatal shooting in Archdale early Sunday morning.
- Deputies charged 28-year-old Christopher Gettys with murder in the death of 40-year-old Robert Beck, Jr.
- Witnesses told authorities Beck was shot by Gettys during an argument
- Gettys called 911 shortly after the shooting to turn himself in
Deputies charged 28-year-old Christopher Gettys with murder in the death of 40-year-old Robert Beck, Jr.
Authorities say Beck was found with a gunshot wound at Connor's Mobile Home Village.
He was pronounced dead, at the scene.
Witnesses told authorities Beck was shot by Gettys during an argument.
Gettys called 911 shortly after the shooting to turn himself in.
He's being held in the Randolph County Jail without bond.
