CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A 13-year-old is accused of being involved in a string of armed robberies across Charlotte.
- A 13-year-old is connected to five crimes.
- In two of them, a person was shot.
- His name has not been released because of his age.
Police say he's connected to nearly half a dozen crimes.
In two of the incidents, police say a person was actually shot by this young teen.
Police say in all, they were involved with five crimes that occurred earlier this month.
The most recent alleged robbery was at a barbershop last weekend.
The boy is charged with four counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Police say two victims in separate incidents told responding officers that a suspect robbed them at gunpoint while they were delivering food.
Police are not releasing the suspect's name because of his young age.
