CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A Charlotte church is sending support to Hurricane Florence victims in the form of supplies.

Freedom House Church is collect supplies at multiple drop-offs around Charlotte.

They want household goods and toiletries through Thursday evening.

The goods are headed to Wilmington on trucks the church will pay for.

"Looking forward to what the City of Charlotte comes together to do, if we have to take three trucks we'll take three, if we have to take seven, we'll take seven. Whatever it takes,” said Stephanie Blanton, the freedom church executive director of ministries.

The church is partnering with Lifepoint Church in Wilmington.
