CHAPEL HILL. N.C. -- Police are looking for a burglar who also sexually assaulted the victim.

Officers say it happened early Thursday morning at the Willow Terrace Condominiums.

“Well it's very shocking because we've never experienced or witnessed any kind of issues around here,” says resident Teresa Barbee.

Police arrested Frank Robinson, 51, later that same day. But they only charged him with possessing stolen goods. Authorities haven't determined if he was the intruder or if someone else committed those crimes.
