SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- A 5-year-old Panthers fan got just the opportunity almost every fan dreams of: meeting quarterback Cam Newton.

Cameron Haight, from Fort Mill, S.C., has amniotic band syndrome and was born without some of his fingers. He now wears a 3D prosthetic that he made himself. Haight calls the Carolina Panthers quarterback his โ€œtwinโ€ because they โ€œboth love football and share the same name.โ€
