Amy Thomas says Kerry Townsend and Stephanie Sipes came out of the woods behind her house at 4 a.m. Tuesday morning.

According to Thomas, the pair said they'd done something bad but didn't say what it was.

Her boyfriend, James Roberts, gave the pair a ride down the road. Now, Roberts is charged with accessory after the fact.

"I was angry. I was mad. We don't want that here. We don't want any part of that. She put everybody in jeopardy by coming here," stated Thomas.

Deputies say Kerry Townsend shot Deputy Sherrill during a traffic stop last weekend. After a manhunt, Townsend was shot and killed by deputies.
