GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Due to a traffic accident, all lanes of South Eugene Street between West Washington and McGee Streets are closed.

• Driver swerved off the road striking parked car and unoccupied building
• Both drivers in stable condition 
• Motorists are asked to use alternate routes for the time being

Greensboro Police say a driver swerved off the road, due to a medical condition, causing him to strike a parked car and then an unoccupied building.

The driver is reportedly in stable condition and the driver in the parked car also reportedly has minor injuries.

A building inspector is expected to come out and make sure the building that was struck is still structurally safe.

Motorists are asked to use alternate routes for the time being.
