GASTON COUNTY, N.C. -- An assistant district attorney from Gaston County is charged with possessing heroin and meth.

James Brandon Graham, 47, was arrested in Waxhaw at around 1:30 Sunday morning and taken to the Union County Jail.

He later bonded out.

There is no word yet on Graham's status with the District Attorney’s office.
