Brrr. It was a really chilly start to our Tuesday! Lows this morning made it down into the low and mid 30s with some patchy frost and even a light freeze in some spots.

Today, a warming trend gets underway. Look for plenty of sunshine, and afternoon highs today will make it into the low to mid 60s. Lows tonight will not be nearly as cold... mid and upper 40s for most.

Wednesday will be very warm. Under a mostly sunny sky, highs will warm into the upper 70s. Both today and tomorrow will remain breezy at times.

A dry cold front (meaning no precipitation associated with it) will pass through the area Wednesday night. Behind the front, some cooler temperatures return for Thursday and the weekend. Temperatures will not be brutal, but I expect lots of highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s, below average for April.

Be sure and check out today's video for more, including a look at the pattern for the rest of the month.
