LEXINGTON, N.C. -- A worker at a North Carolina assisted living center has been charged for the second time with exploiting the elderly following the theft of a credit card.

The Davidson County Sheriff's Office told local news outlets that 25-year-old Cianna Tynece Moore is accused of making fraudulent purchases totaling $1,016.18 with a bank credit card belonging to a resident at the center in Welcome. According to the sheriff's office, the resident reported in January that her credit card information had been stolen.

Moore was first charged with exploiting an elderly person in November when it was reported to investigators that she had obtained personal information from a patient at the center. Moore faces multiple charges in the latest case and is scheduled to appear in court on April 24.
