It doesn't get much colder for the Triad this time of the year as cold, Canadian high pressure will be locked in to our north. This allows dry, chilly air to funnel down the mountains and mid-Atlantic into NC and keeps us cool.

Highs will struggle to reach the 40s and 50s this weekend. Rain chances go up slightly as a weak cold front approaches on Sunday afternoon and evening. We won't see much rain from it, less than a quarter of an inch.

Our workweek will see a nice warm-up with 50s and 60s for highs before the next chance for rain by late-week in the form of a cold front on Friday or Saturday.
