NC Now Annual Conference Held in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM -- Women from across the state met in Winston-Salem Saturday for the NC Now Annual Conference.

Organizers of the event say they use the conference to network and to focus on empowering women.

They also looked at changes in our state laws that can help women move forward.

Congresswoman Alma Adams delivered the  keynote address at the conference.
