Raleigh— You may not know his name, or maybe you do, but most certainly you recognize the face and sound of the talented former anchorman Penn Holderness.  He, his wife Kim and their kids have stolen the heart of families around the world, with their innovated parody music videos.

The former Raleigh news anchor sat down with Spectrum News anchor Caroline Blair to explain what it’s been like watching his family’s stardom grow, along with his kids on camera.  He also gave us the secret behind how they keep coming up for more creative videos on a near daily basis.

And while we know the performer is used to being a goofball and hitting a tune, he’s taking on a whole new venture in Theatre Raleigh’s upcoming performance of The Rocky Horror Show at Booth Amphitheatre in Cary.  The newcomer plays Riff Raff, and is probably going to raise an eyebrow or two.

If you would to come out and take part in the fun, Theatre Raleigh’s The Rocky Horror Show runs at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30pm.  Tickets are still available, and those purchased on Friday will be honored other nights.  You are also encouraged to dress up and take an active roll in the play’s performance.

To check out Penn and his family’s videos or to follow them on social media, visit their YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram pages, or check out their website.
