DURHAM, N.C. -- North Carolina Central wrapped up their 10th practice of training camp for the Granville Eastman era on Tuesday.

Eastman takes over for former head coach Jerry Mack who lead the eagles to three MEAC Championships.

Eastman's status as the head coach will remain under an interim tag through the 2018 season and then there will be a national search conducted for the permanent position.

However, Eastman wants to take full advantage of his first opportunity to run his own program. He also wants his current roster to be fast, physical and together as they hope to get back on top of the MEAC.
