RALEIGH, N.C. -- Rep Bob Steinburg (R) sits down with Tim Boyum to discuss prison reform following several attacks on prison employees.
It is Steinburg's opionion that the attacks were Gov. Cooper's fault.
He also calls for the top three leaders in adult correction to resign, saying correctional officers don't feel supported.
