RALEIGH, N.C. -- Adult film star Stormy Daniels brought her act to Raleigh Wednesday night.

  • She claimed to have an affair with President Trump
  • A new lawsuit was filed Wednesday, same day as her performance at the Gentleman's Club
  • A church group protested outside of the club

She's become a household name after claiming she had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006 and was paid $130,000 in hush money before the 2016 election.

The president has denied those allegations.

At the Gentleman's Club, the manager said politics would be put aside and Daniels would be there to perform.

A church group protested outside of the club over the weekend and is said to be back while Daniels is in the city.

Daniels also filed a new lawsuit Wednesday against her former attorney saying he became a "puppet" for President Trump and his personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

She alleges the lawyer of colluding with Trump and Cohen to get her to go on Fox News and deny she had an affair with Trump.
