LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. – The State Highway Patrol is working to find out what led to a fatal crash involving a train.
- Victim is Glynn Smith.
- Train did not derail.
- Not other injuries reported.
It happened Thursday around 11:30 a.m. on N.C. Highway 11 between Kinston and Grifton.
Troopers identified the victim as 83-year-old Glynn Smith of Kinston.
No other injuries were reported.
