Warrants show that Jermaine Canteen has been charged with felony inciting to riot and other related charges.

Two other men, Craig Campell and Khadeem Fleming, were also involved in the fight and pinned with misdemeanor charges according to the warrants.

A large fight involving more than 25 people broke out in the parking lot after school let out April 12.

The principal says students from other schools were involved.

Warrants state that Robert Ruffin, Athens Drive’s quarterback, suffered a serious concussion as a result of the fight.

Other Wake County students face expulsion and suspension.

A meeting is set to happen where Athens Drive parents will discuss the aftermath of this fight for their kids.

If Canteen makes his $10,000 bond, he will immediately go on house arrest.
