A cold front worked east of the region early Sunday, and breezy northwesterly winds remain in place behind the front. Those NW winds are ushering in colder air, and after highs today top out in the mid and upper 60s, lows will drop well down into the 30s tonight. Due to the stiff northwest winds, watch out for choppy waters today with small craft especially susceptible. Also of note, many mountain areas have picked up some snow as well through the early part of Sunday.

Monday's highs will be in the upper 50s under a sunny sky, and then look for some 60s Tuesday and Wednesday. A few showers are possible Tuesday night, but at this point, that doesn't look terrible impressive.

A coastal low pressure will develop late Thanksgiving, and that low could make for a wet Thursday night and Friday morning. Some modeling keeps that rain largely offshore, but for the time being, I am leaning toward the wetter scenario Thursday night into Friday morning.

The rest of the holiday weekend the looks quiet.
