DURHAM — It’s almost time to start singing “take me out to the ball game”once again at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The first game of the 2018 season is scheduled for April 5, but before the DBAP starts filling the stands, the hiring team needs to fill job openings.

The Bulls Director of Marketing and Communications, Matt Sutor, sat down with Spectrum News anchor Caroline Blair for a look at the hiring event and the upcoming season.

The Durham Bulls annual Job Fair is Saturday, Jan. 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the PNC Triangle Club at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Interviews are taking place for their seasonal positions, part-time positions in game entertainment, sports turf, retail, stadium operations, seating bowl hosting, picnic area hosting and ticket operations.

But the baseball team isn’t the only business hiring. The team’s Food and Beverage Company, Bull City Hospitality, will also conduct interviews that day, looking to fill concession stand positions, managers, bartenders, stand attendants, catering, and cooks.
