RALEIGH -- There's no question, the NC State Lady Wolfpack are a tough force to face on the hardwood.  In their first season back on home court at the newly renovated Reynolds Coliseum, the Pack finished 17th in the country with a 23-9 overall record and 12-4 conference record for the first time since 1998. 

Also a first, Head Coach Wes Moore in his fifth season at the helm of the Pack, was named 2017 ACC Coach of the Year last season, the first for the school in the 43-year history of women’s basketball at NC State.

The Pack welcome two freshmen to their roster this season: guard Kai Crutchfield and post Kayla Jones.  They also welcome three transfers: guards Armani Hawkins, Kiara Leslie and Grace Hunter.

The team is already off to an undefeated start and have a number of key home matchups moving forward including the following:

  • NC State vs. Louisville – Dec. 31
  • NC State vs. UNC – Feb. 11
  • NC State vs. Wake Forest – Feb. 18 – 13th Annual Play for Kay Game
