RALEIGH, N.C. -- North Carolina State heads into the 2018 season with a little Heisman buzz with their senior quarterback Ryan Finley, who will have loads of weapons to play with this fall.

He's got three of the best wide receivers in the conference and he's fully confident in the running game which he feels will supplement the offense.

Kelvin Harmon, Stephen Louis and Jakobi Meyers could be number one targets on many teams throughout the ACC but it will not be up to Finley to play any favorites once the ball is in his hands.

Finley goes on to say, "Our game plan and our coverage dictates who gets the ball and there's really no preference with those three guys and with the guys behind them as well. We trust all three of those guys and they make plays in practice and that's why they're able to make plays in the game. The coverage and the defensive look really dictates where the ball goes."
