  • If the Heels win tonight, they will be off until Friday. If they lose, they will play again Wednesday.

The "Diamond Heels" were getting ready for their next challenger on Monday night, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, but the game was postponed until 11 a.m. Tuesday.

"It's a little frustrating, there was a three-hour rain delay yesterday we sat through -- we're going to all the games. You know, we don't have anywhere else to be. Taking off work. I'm just enjoying time with my son, Father's Day weekend," said Brian Kimzey, a UNC fan.

This is a double elimination tournament, so as you may have guessed, a team needs to lose twice to be bounced from Omaha.

Head Coach Mike Fox said, while his players are locked in to the task at hand, his team is enjoying every moment of their first trip to Omaha.
